Debbie Robinson Current Position: Director of Library Services, Tallahassee Community College Candidate’s Statement: I am honored to be nominated for the position of Vice-President/President-elect of FLA. I have worked in a variety of libraries during the course of my career – including school, community college, 4-year college, joint-use and military service academy libraries. This variety of experiences has allowed me to develop a passion for building connections as proven by my long history of collaborative relationships across library and community types. We may have different missions, different patrons, different funding sources and structures; but, as library professionals, we are all connected at the core. Her interests include marketing the library, information literacy and user experience.
