Lessons Learned from the Sunshine State Library Leadership InstituteThe Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute is the premier leadership development program for Florida library professionals. Now in its fourteenth year, the Institute has graduated over 564 individuals and connected them with mentors across the country. Join us for a panel discussion with a representative from the Division of Library and Information Services, SSLLI alumni, mentors, and current participants as they discuss leadership lessons learned inside and outside that classroom that resulted in successful workplace innovation and excellence. After the panel, join us in a networking event to learn and share from graduates, current participants, and mentors past and current.
