No Money, No Problem: Creative Solutions for Small & Rural Libraries

Wanting to do more at your library but can't find the funding? In this session, learn from experienced library directors that less is actually more! Solutions, ideas, and crazy thoughts will encourage you to look at what you do have as opposed to what you don't. This program will focus on ways that the above directors have utilized a variety of resources and connections within their individual libraries to provide a higher level of service, more educational programming, and interact with the community. In small & rural libraries, communities have fewer resources. This allows libraries within these communities to provide essential services in both education and recreation.

Speakers:

Robert Perone, Bradford County Public Library Director
Jo-Ann Glenndinning, Fruitland Park Public Library Director
Ronald Moore, Lake County Public Library Interim Director
