• 2,900 Floridians received a new library card
• 61,664 accessed computers
• 10,085 people were taught computer skills
• 44,139 asked questions at the Information Desk
• 5,780 students were helped with homework
• 2,667 job seekers received assistance
• 2,299 people received assistance in applying for government benefits
• 16,485 people attended library programs and events:
   7,875 children 1,596 teens 7,104 adults
• There were a total of 1,285 programs and events held:
   children (472), teens (397), and adults (416)
