*REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY:  Substitutions, made in writing via email, are welcome at any time. Requests for registration cancellations must be made in writing via email and submitted to [email protected] by April 30, 2018.  Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2018 will result in a full refund. No phone cancellations will be accepted. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellation requests submitted after April 30, 2018.  Refunds will be processed after the Annual Conference.
