ANNOUNCEMENT: After careful consideration, the FLA board of directors has RESCHEDULED the 2020 Annual Conference to October 28-30, 2020.

We know there is still uncertainty and guidelines are changing daily, so we will still continue to monitor the situation and continue to provide updates as we have them.

We ask for your patience and understanding as the FLA staff and Conference Committee navigates what this change means. We want to make this transition as seamless as possible for you!

What we do know

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Conference on October 28-30, rest assured that full refunds will be processed for you and any hotel reservations cancelled with no penalty.

Here are some of the details we'll be working on in the coming weeks:

  • Moving Existing Hotel reservations to the new dates.
  • Moving your Conference Registration to the new dates.
  • Confirming that accepted presentations would roll forward to the new dates.
  • Moving Vendors/exhibitor registrations to the new dates.
  • Presenting FLA awards at the rescheduled conference.

Updated Cancellation Policy

Again, we monitor very closely the guidelines provided by health officials and will act in the best interest of our members and staff.
