Description

Join the FLA Library Career Development for a new webinar series exploring different types of jobs in the Library field.

Is it old? Is it rare? Is it weird? Is it worth preserving?

Archivists take care of collections and materials essential to research at institutions from private to cultural to public. They guard documents, artifacts, technology, and more from climate, poor conditions, and time. But the path into Archives is as varied as the materials they preserve.

Hear from people working in this corner of the library field about how they got to where they are and what they found when they got there.

Presenters
