Lightning Round Description

Many colleges and universities are creating First Year Experience (FYE) Programs for new freshmen to help introduce students to college life and academics. The Library and Learning Commons at Florida State College at Jacksonville has been an integral part of the planning team for our new FYE, which launches in Fall 2020. The library can offer much more than information literacy sessions to first year students! Learn how our team became included in the planning process and made sure the LLC was an indispensable partner on this cross-curricular endeavor.
