PresenterJeffrey Huggins, Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library He is now pleased to be working with the incredible Tampa-Hillsborough County Library System, and the Friends of the Library, using his experience to engage with the many diverse neighborhoods, partner with the vibrant business community and let everyone know how libraries strengthen and grow our communities. Prior to joining THCPL, he spent the last eight years with Hillsborough County Commissioner Sandy Murman, handling legislative policy, media and public relations, communications and community outreach and engagement.
