Technical Services and Collection Management


Chris Boyd, Florida Gulf Coast University

Chris Boyd is Head of Technical Services, Collections Management, at FGCU Library. He holds an MLS from North Carolina Central University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Renee Gould, Saint Leo University

Mrs. Gould is the Collection Development Librarian at Saint Leo University. She holds a MLIS from Long Island University, CW Post, in Brookville, New York.

Michell Joy, Saint Leo University

Michelle Joy is the Undergraduate Online Services Librarian at Saint Leo University. She holds an MLIS from the University of South Florida.

Alyssa Koclanes, Eckerd College

Alyssa Koclanes is an Associate Professor and Technical Services, Serials, and Instruction Librarian at Eckerd College. Her responsibilities include reference, cataloging, and managing the technical services and serials departments.

Jennifer Murray, University of North Florida

Ms. Murray is the Director of Technical Services and Library Systems at the University of North Florida. She holds a MLS from the University at Buffalo, in Buffalo, New York.
