Tony Orengo, Orange County Library System

Claude Tido, Orange County Library System

Ormilla Vengersammy is the Department Head of the Technology and Education Center. She has worked for the Orange County Library System for over 14 years and oversees system-wide technology curriculum development for the public. Ormilla also oversees the train-the-trainer program for technology trainers system-wide. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, New York and a Master of Arts Degree in Instructional Technology from University of Central Florida.

Tony Orengo is an Instructional Technology Specialist at the Technology and Education Center. He has worked for the Orange County Library System for 13 years and is responsible for the design and development of classroom training and e-learning programs that integrate current and emerging technologies.

Claude Tido has over 10 years of experience developing training and curriculum for the Orange County Library System. He serves as a branch liaison, develops training and core curriculum from inception to production rollout for all the branches. He liaises with instructors, end users, subject matter experts and managers to ensure that the curriculum is based upon the user requirements for their daily tasks.
