FLA Welcomes back Performers to our Annual Conference!

Benefits Include:

-Your company presence in our Online Directory on FLA Website from date of purchase through May 31, 2024 (after payment has been received).
-Your company recognition and link in weekly conference email newsletter, program brochure and mobile app.
-Attendee list post event.  The list will include name, title, mailing address for all attendees but only email addresses for those that opt-in.
-2 hr arcade at the conference on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. 
-ARCADE IS LIMITED TO 10 PERFORMERS

• One 6ft table and two chairs per Performer with reasonable room for your table-top displays and plenty of room between each Performer.
• One hour pre/post for setup and tear-down.
• Performer can bring a second person to assist with setup and discussion.
• NOTE:  This is not a full-stage performance opportunity but more of a meet & greet that can include a smaller demo within your exhibit space (music/sound within reason).  
• NOTE: Does NOT include electric. For liability reasons and to insure the highest level of safety, all electrical connections and/or power requirements performed must be contracted through the Show Decorator.  No electrical will be provided by FLA.

• Performers MUST be reasonable in with the amount of music/sound coming from their booth showcase so as not to disturb other performers.
  
  
• Performers agree that the use of photography may be taken at this meeting for internal FLA marketing use only. 
  
  
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by April 1, 2024.  No Refunds will be approved after April 1, 2024. 
  
  
• Performer agrees to adhere to FLA Code of Conduct
  
  

• No sign, banner, decoration, or production equipment will be allowed to be attached to the wall or ceiling structure or suspended from the ceiling.  No Performer shall use any flammable decorations or coverings, and all fabrics or other materials used shall be flameproof.   

• Performers are ultimately responsible for safekeeping of their personal property at all times.  FLA does not assume responsibility for any missing items.
