Matt Blood
Orange County Library System
Matt Blood has been an Assistant Manager with the Orange County Library System since 2017. He has served in several locations at the library, including Circulation, Questline – the library’s call center, two branch libraries within the county, and the Youth Services department. He is a graduate of The Evergreen State College with a Master of Public Administration and Florida State University with a BS in Marketing and Business Administration. Overall, Matt has 10 years of nonprofit/public service experience with a focus on volunteer management, community outreach, grant administration, and education-based services.

Erica Black
Orange County Library System
Erica Black joined the Orange County Library System as the Youth Outreach Coordinator in January 2022. Although she is new to the library environment, Erica has over a decade of experience in customer service, community outreach, and interpretive education. She has held several positions encompassing informal education before coming to the library. These positions include 10 years as an Education Instructor at SeaWorld Orlando, a Conservation Educator at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and an assistant teacher at a NAEYC-accredited preschool. Erica received a BS in Life Sciences from Arizona State University.
