FLA 2027 Tradeshow Prospectus    

You're Invited to Support the 2027 Florida Library Association's Annual Conference! 
In order to avoid placing competitors in close proximity, FLA requires that Exhibitor booths are chosen solely by the exhibit company during the online interactive booth registration process also on a first-come, first-serve basis.  FLA is not responsible for assignment of booth.

  • BOOTH SIZE: 10'x10' and includes 8’ high Back wall Pipe and Drape, 33’’ high Side rail; Pipe and Drape, (1) Company identification sign, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) Wastebasket
  • Includes 2 booth representative exhibit hall passes. Extra passes available for purchase.

Reduced pricing available for FLA Business Members (excluding priority booths)

Business Member Standard Booth:  $1200 
Non-Member Standard Booth: $1500 
Priority Booths: $1600 (no business member discount)
(Select priority booths offered at special pricing $1950-$2500 with additional sponsorship incentives to drive booth traffic.)
Electrical, Wifi, A/V, Lead Retrieval sold separately.  More information and pricing will be available in the Showkit which will release early 2027.

Scavenger Hunt
Exhibitors will be provided with a keyword that they will give the attendee when they visit your booth. Attendees will have the chance to win prizes based on leaderboard results.

Best Booth:
Exhibitors, let's get creative and enhance the tradeshow experience!  Attendees will be voting for "Best Booth" based on two criteria:  "Best Designed" and "Best Experience".  The top exhibitor will be recognized in our FLA newsletter and journal as well as receive a $100 credit toward a 2028 booth.  

LEAD RETRIEVAL

What is Lead Retrieval?

Lead retrieval is the process of capturing leads at an event, usually by scanning an attendee’s QR code on their conference badge. The QR code contains data about the attendee, like their name, contact information, and title.  When you scan an attendee’s badge, the device will pull their registration information from the database. It will then relay this information to your leads database. 

You will receive instructions on how to download an easy to use app that will be the technology to capture your leads.  More information and pricing will be available in your showkit.

ATTENDEE LIST and FLA MAILING LIST USAGE POLICY:The attendee list will be released 2 weeks prior to the event.  Contact information will be included for those individuals that did not opt-out.  Use of FLA's mailing list is for a one-time use within 2 weeks prior to conference and one-time use only within 30 days post our annual conference.  No retention or reproduction in any form is allowed.  FLA’s lists have systems to monitor improper use.  FLA retains the right to approve and review all materials to be distributed and its relevancy to the association and conference.  
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

Please beware of anyone emailing or calling you trying to "sell" the attendee list.   You will only receive the attendee list directly from FLA.

Some companies are calling vendors and inaccurately representing themselves as our "housing vendor" trying to solicit business. Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the FLA block on your behalf and some will also mis-represent that they are calling from FLA or the hotel.

FLA is not utilizing the services of any housing service. 

You should initiate all room reservations.  Reservations should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone or visit our website:
