Benefits and other important information | All vendors will receive one 6ft table and two chairs with reasonable room for your table-top displays and room between each participant. Table tops do not offer electricity. One hour pre/post for setup and tear-down. Vendors can bring a second person to assist with setup and discussion. "Round-robin" format showcase will be scheduled to allow each participant an opportunity to perform a short demonstration. Sound and music must be kept at a low volume. Your company presence in our Online Directory on FLA Website from date of purchase through May 31, 2027 (after payment has been received). Your company recognition and link in weekly conference email newsletter and mobile app. Attendee list post event. The list will include name, title, mailing address for all attendees but only email addresses for those that opt-in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS | Performer/comics vendor agree that the use of photography may be taken at this meeting for internal FLA marketing use only. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by April 1, 2027. No Refunds will be approved after April 1, 2027. Performer/comics vendor agrees to adhere to FLA Code of Conduct No sign, banner, decoration, or production equipment will be allowed to be attached to the wall or ceiling structure or suspended from the ceiling. No Participant shall use any flammable decorations or coverings, NO FIRE of any sort, and all fabrics or other materials used shall be flameproof. Performer/comic vendors are ultimately responsible for safekeeping of their personal property at all times. FLA does not assume responsibility for any missing items.
