Performers & Comics Convention Showcase

Benefits Include:

• Table top exhibit during 1:30pm - 4:30pm.  No music at table top.
• (optional) 10-MINUTE STAGE SHOWCASE - For participants that would like to demonstrate their program act, this package offers a stage showcase limited to the first 12 participants to sign up on a first come basis. 
  Each showcase is limited to 10-minutes with a 5-minute reset between acts. Stage has power, sound, microphone. Exact scheduling time TBD.  The 10-minute showcase time allotment will be strictly adhered to so we can stay on schedule.
• Your company presence in our Online Directory on FLA Website from date of purchase through May 31, 2026 (after payment has been received).
• Your company recognition and link in weekly conference email newsletter, program brochure and mobile app.
• Attendee list post event.  The list will include name, title, mailing address for all attendees but only email addresses for those that opt-in.

  
OTHER NOTES 

• Stage time showcase limited to 12 performers/comics vendors on first come basis. 
• All vendors will receive One 6ft table and two chairs with reasonable room for your table-top displays and plenty of room between each participant.  
• Table tops do not offer electricity.
• One hour pre/post for setup and tear-down.
• Vendors can bring a second person to assist with setup and discussion.

• Performer/comics vendor agree that the use of photography may be taken at this meeting for internal FLA marketing use only. 
   
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by April 1, 2026.  No Refunds will be approved after April 1, 2026. 
   
• Performer/comics vendor agrees to adhere to FLA Code of Conduct
   

• No sign, banner, decoration, or production equipment will be allowed to be attached to the wall or ceiling structure or suspended from the ceiling. 

• No Participant shall use any flammable decorations or coverings, NO FIRE of any sort, and all fabrics or other materials used shall be flameproof.   

• Performers/comics vendor are ultimately responsible for safekeeping of their personal property at all times.  FLA does not assume responsibility for any missing items.
