Betting on the Dogs: Service Animals in the Library

The class will review the laws and best practices about talking with patrons who bring any kind of animal into the library. Participants will have the opportunity to practice what they learn by interacting with a service dog handler and her dog. The program will also allow time for participants (not just managers!) to discuss, review, and begin to develop their own service animal policies and best practices.
