REFUND AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Any refund/cancel requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Requests for registration cancellations must be made in writing via email and submitted to executivedirector@flalib.org by May 1, 2026. Approved cancellations not related to COVID-19 received on or before May 1, 2026 will result in a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of your request. There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellation requests submitted after May 1, 2026. Substitutions will be accepted and must be made in writing via email to executivedirector@flalib.org.
